• CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The board and utensils are hand wash only - use light soap only and rinse thoroughly. To properly season, slightly warm a food-grade mineral oil, then dab the oil on a clean, dry cloth. Apply the oiled cloth to the board in the direction of the grain.
